Upon purchase, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds on CD-ROM or Internet download versions of our software. Elcor Software grants to potential customers a free trial period so that they can evaluate software to get an understanding of its capabilities and ease of use. The software is distributed under "try-and-buy" basis, thus if the user makes a purchase that means he decided that he likes the software and decided to buy it.
In case when your software is delivered on damaged or defective media, Elcor Software will send replacement media.
You do not have to provide Elcor Software with a credit card or other purchase information when you download, install or use the Software during this free evaluation period; it is required only when you decide to purchase the software license, at which time the purchase price for the license becomes non-refundable.
You agree that if you do not utilize this evaluation period-that is provided at no charge-you voluntarily discharge Elcor Software from the obligation to provide such an evaluation period. No exceptions can be made to this policy.
