Now when the registry is clean from problems it's time to defragment it. "Why do I need to do defragmentation?" would you ask. The answer is simple. When you make some changes to your registry the old records are not really removed from the registry file. These old entries are just moved to the unreferenced place in the file. Thus the more changes you make the bigger registry files get. Another consequence is a loss of linear structure, which results in the increased read/write access time. Boot time for your Windows may also increase. No user will be happy to hear such facts or even more - to face them. That is why the registry needs to be defragmented if you don't want to lose your time.

To start the defragmentation process press the Defrag button. This operation may take a while depending on the size of your registry files. To complete the operation you have to restart your PC.
